The recorded podcast has received over 380 downloads across nine countries, including China, South Africa and Malaysia.
The Power Hour is a live internet based talk radio show facilitated by Dr. Gary Gerber. The show is a live discussion vehicle for current practice building events in optometry, political viewpoints and clinical topics. Special guests both in and out of the optometric field are asked to participate.

ABB CONCISE Reports Price Changes between 1800 Contacts and WalMart in their Quarterly Soft Contact Lens Retail Price Monitor
ABB CONCISE has researched online WalMart and 1800 Contacts pricing and provided that information in their Soft Contact Lens Retail Price Monitor
CORAL SPRINGS, FL - February 26, 2013 – ABB CONCISE’s quarterly Soft Contact Lens Retail Price Monitor, now in its ninth year, has become the industry standard to help eye care practitioners understand the dynamics of pricing soft contact lenses using annual supply discounts. New to this year, the Retail Price Monitor compares ECP retail pricing of soft contact lenses against online competitors 1800 Contacts and WalMart online separately.
ABB CONCISE accounts will notice this change to their quarterly Soft Lens Retail Price Monitor starting in Q1 2013. Due to the split of WalMart and 1800 Contacts, ABB CONCISE believed it was important to report the two online competitors pricing separately.
Lynda Baker, ABB CONCISE’s Executive Vice President explains, "We would be performing a disservice to our customers if we didn’t accurately report what is currently happening between these online competitors.
