ABB CONCISE offers cost savings and delivery options for in-stock products shipped within the continental U.S.
1. Preferred Service: Innovative mail service for shipping orders direct to patient or direct to practice. Items typically arrive in 2-7 business days (includes 1 business day for warehouse processing and 1-6 days business days for transit).
2. Courier Service: Less expensive next day or two day service for certain geographical areas. Items typically arrive in 2-4 business days (includes 1 business day for warehouse processing and 1-3 days business days for transit).
3. Premium Service: Used in geographical areas serviced by few couriers, and for deliveries where cost is not an issue. Items typically arrive in 2-3 business days (includes 1 business day for warehouse processing and 1-2 days business days for transit).

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Note: Shipments to P.O. boxes can only be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Standard shipping. You may also be limited to one or two shipping options for larger items, for shipments to certain destinations, and for certain oversized items (such as refrigerators, for example) that require delivery. Shipments to APO and FPO addresses are also limited to standard shipping, but involve slightly different timelines.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be noted per order during the checkout process. We will automatically default to the initial shipping method you are set up within our system, but you will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process for the relevant price difference. Shipping costs are calculated and based on the level of shipping service selected (Preferred, Courier or Premium). Orders over the amount of $250 are shipped free of charge via Preferred or Courier service only.

To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, ABB CONCISE partners with shipping industry leaders UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). You may notice that UPS Mail Innovations begin the process on many shipments arriving from the USPS. That's because UPS Mail Innovations Processing Facility works in conjunction with the USPS.
Back Ordered Split-Shipment Products
A back-ordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock. You will know a product is back-ordered prior to completion of your ordering if you see the message on the product detail page. A split shipment is a product that is temporarily out of stock in your assigned Distribution Center and is shipping out of an alternative location. There is a charge to ship this product from the alternative location.
Stock Order Delivery
Some orders may require special handling due to size and weight. These items include larger promotional pricing orders. We hold the right to add additional shipping costs for these orders as necessary. Usually, Preferred Service or Local Courier delivery methods are applied to keep overall operational costs to a minimum. We usually handle these orders within a 48 hour time frame. The minimum delivery fee suggested is an 'estimated' charge. Additional charges, fees and expenses may apply beyond this for services and will depend upon the proximity of your zip code from your local ABB CONCISE Distribution center.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
There is an extra shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii with Standard service. It is an additional surcharge of $3 per order for items shipped preferred service and $15 per item for premium service.
